Before leaving the factory, all tattoo needles undergo mandatory, rigorous EO (Ethylene Oxide) sterilization to guarantee professional hygiene standards.
1. Sealed Packaging
Within a Class 100,000 cleanroom, finished products are perfectly sealed in medical-grade polymer breathable blister packs to prevent secondary contamination.
2. EO Sterilization
Placed into large-scale EO sterilization cabinets for a thorough sterilization cycle under strictly controlled concentration, temperature, and humidity.
3. Sterilization Validation
Rigorous validation using biological indicators and chemical indicator cards ensures absolute safety with a zero bacteria survival rate.
4. Batch Inspection
Each batch undergoes desorption monitoring and sterile sampling. Only after passing are they released with an independent sterilization batch number.
